I have been arranging mortgage advice for Spencer & Leigh since 2006. We arrange mortgages and protection products from the ‘whole of the market’ and offer a total impartial mortgage advice service in order to obtain the most appropriate package for our clients. We pride ourselves in giving a personalised and professional service which we feel meets our clients’ specific requirements, this attention to detail is reflected in the high percentage of satisfied people who come back to us again and again when their circumstances change

Dawn Du-Vivier

Maintenance Manager

Bio

Dawn has been working for the past 24 years in corporate finance, however, has had previous sales and maintenance experience within the estates and building industry. Dawn works alongside the maintenance team as Maintenance Manager, within the Spencer & Leigh Lettings Hub at Portslade. There is no job too small that Dawn can't handle and she works closely with tenants, landlords and our preferred contractor's ensuring the smooth running of tenancies. Dawn is born and bred in Brighton and lives locally in Hove, spending her time with her family, dining out and dog walking.

Ella Kurn

Senior Lettings Administrator

Bio

Having worked in London for a number of years, Ella recently moved to Brighton finding life by the sea more appealing. Having several years of experience working within the lettings industry, Ella works as a Senior Lettings Administrator within the Spencer & Leigh Lettings Hub at Portslade. Ella primarily sets up new tenancies and has regular contact with landlords and tenants. During her spare time, Ella enjoys attending gigs and music festivals.

Jack Humphries

Bio

Born and bred in Brighton, with over 10 years in the finance industry, Jack is our seasoned mortgage expert. His in-depth knowledge of the market and strong relationships with lenders ensure you get the best rates and terms whether you are a First Time Buyer or a Landlord. Outside of work, Jack can be found on the golf course most weekends.

James Morris

Associate Director

Bio

Having grown up in Portslade and lived all his life locally, James has an unrivalled and in depth knowledge of the area. James joined Spencer & Leigh in 2003, having previously worked for a corporate agent in Brighton. He now heads up the Patcham Branch with his friendly and personable approach really epitomising our ethos. His enthusiasm for the role is unbeatable and James prides himself on the high level of recommendations he receives from clients old and new.

Jodie Collier

Sales Administrator

Bio

Jodie is a pro-active and enthusiastic member of our team and is based at our busy Patcham office, in the role as administrator. Having lived in Brighton all of her life Jodie has a fantastic local knowledge and enjoys helping clients with all of the marketing preparation and post sales administration. Jodie is a fitness fanatic and can be regularly found pounding the local streets in her running shoes.

Bio

Born and bred in Brighton, Leigh plays an active daily role within the company assisting clients with both sales and lettings solutions. Having started his career in agency over twenty years ago, Leigh is a member of ARLA and is able to put his experience and friendly manner to good use when liaising with all aspects of property. In his spare time Leigh enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his young family.

Lucy Purvis

Lucy has worked within the property industry for several years, growing her interest and knowledge within the world of residential lettings. Lucy takes great pride in assisting landlords and tenants with all aspects of their rental experience, particularly property maintenance, where she oversee's the team. Lucy works alongside Leigh and is based at our Portslade lettings hub. Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has lived locally for many years.

Sarah has a vast experience as an Estate Agent having started her career more than 20 years ago. You will find her enthusiasm infectious and her dynamic and personable approach extremely refreshing. After meeting Sarah many clients find her hard to forget and insisting on recommending her to friends and family. Sarah can assist in every aspect of your move.

Spencer Turner

Bio

Spencer has worked within the property industry since 1987, having attended the College of Estate Management in Reading and being a Fellow member of National Association of Estate Agents, which has given him a wealth of experience and knowledge within this profession. During his career every position from Tea Boy to Operations Director has been covered working mainly for large national companies, until the inception of Spencer & Leigh in 2003. Since then the company has continued to grow from the core of residential sales, letting and property management. In more recent years Spencer has assisted clients with land acquisitions and development sites, planning consents and new homes to list a few. Over the years Spencer has become a trusted professional thriving from repeat clients and personal recommendations from other industry linked companies and individuals.

Living locally, Sue grew up in the Patcham area and has a great local knowledge. Sue prides herself on finding our clients their perfect home. In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time with her young family.

Victoria heads up the tenancy renewal team at Spencer & Leigh, ensuring both tenants and landlords experience a smooth and efficient service. Having worked within the world of lettings for the past few years, Victoria is in a great position to share her knowledge via her friendly and bubbly personality. Living locally, Victoria knows the area and properties well and enjoys expanding her horizons through reading and self study.
