Spencer & Leigh launch online maintenance reporting system for their tenants

Through a guided (picture-based) reporting system Fixflo gets the right information in the right level of detail about a problem from a tenant without any need for technical knowledge.

Fixflo then streamlines the repairs process through to completion with automated updates so that the right person gets the right information at the right time.

Fixflo then closes the feedback loop so that property managers know how their contractors have performed and landlords can see the works that they have paid for. Clare Fathi, Maintenance Manager at Spencer & Leigh said she felt the FixFlo system was an assett and would make life easier for both tenants and landlords in dealing with what can sometimes be a stressful situation.
