Spencer & Leigh are delighted to inform you that we have today launched our Platinum Fully Managed Service which guarantees the rent for the period of your tenancy, together with void management. 

No doubt you are aware that the cost of living crisis is making it harder than ever for tenants when it comes to making ends meet. Quite often if a tenant has an unexpected expenditure they may not be able to make payment of rent and arrears can quickly accrue. If this worse case scenario was to happen to your tenancy, the insurance backed Rent Guarantee Policy would reimburse unpaid rent and provide legal cover to obtain possession through the Courts. 

Our void management service ensures that your property is well cared for in between tenancies during vacant period. Not only do we undertake regular inspections ensuring security and compliance with your building insurance, we also assist in arranging specialist reports such as gas safety certificates and completion of dilapidations or required improvement works. This ensures that your property is clean, presentable and serviceable ready for your new tenancy to begin.

Both of the above mentioned services together with our already comprehensive Fully Managed package can be provided at a monthly commission of 14% plus VAT.
